Prophecies of therock

Prophecy:Well here we are, 10 years after Hogan famously passed the torch to The Rock at Wrestlemania 18 - logically, the same thing should happen here with Rock passing the torch to Cena. However, with the on/off feud that's been brewing between these two for some time, I don't know that it ends here in Miami. Growing up in the Attitude Era and loving The Rock, my gut's telling me he's going to take this one in his hometown and possibly lose to Cena some time down the line in a re match (maybe Summerslam) if Cena does win - he turns heel. I just can't pick against The Rock in this one.

Prophecy:Now that Jericho is back, I hope his stay is somewhat long term. I gave Punk the benefit of the doubt in the Elimination Chamber because I have a feeling Jericho is title bound at Wrestlemania - I'm going to go with Y2J in this one, Punk taps out to the Walls of Jericho.

Prophecy:D-Bry has been entertaining as champ and I think they did the right thing by keeping the title on him all this time because he's made Smackdown very watchable in his efforts to win matches against the odds and slither away with his title intact by cheating his way to win. However, I think that ends when he goes up against Sheamus, who has been pushed to the moon lately and I think a long title reign is imminent for the Irishman.

Prophecy:Taker v Triple H inside Hell in a Cell at Wrestlemania - the perfect way to cap off the end of an era and two stellar careers. This could be one of the last great matches we will ever see at Wrestlemania featuring two of the best from the Attitude Era - this one could go down as one of the best Wrestlemania matches/moments ever. Whilst the result isn't in doubt (Taker will not lose) this one will still be epic.

Prophecy:This feud came out of nowhere - hard to believe several months ago Big Show was competing for the World Title. I think Cody will find a way to win although a Big Show victory wouldn't surprise me either.

Prophecy:Never pick against a celebrity at Wrestlemania. Should be a nice little 3-5 minute match to settle the crowd down in between two of the bigger ones so that they can catch their breath.

Prophecy:Teddy has been in charge of Smackdown for so long and with Johnny Ace on the rise as a good heel authority figure since mid last year, I see Team Johnny getting this one. Teddy has been good but has become a tad predictable in recent times.
